A: The maximum balance you can hold on the card through convenience stores like GS25 and online top-ups is 2 million KRW.
Q: Can I get a refund for the remaining money on the card?
A: Yes, you can. According to standard terms and conditions, if you have used more than 60% of the amount based on your last top-up, it will be refunded without fees. (If the last top-up amount is 10,000 KRW or less, the threshold is 80% or more.) Even if you don't meet these criteria, you can receive a refund by paying a small refund fee.
