Ulsan Soeburi Festival
The Ulsan Soeburi Festival is Korea's only iron culture festival. Dalcheon Iron Mine is the country's oldest iron production site, dating from the Samhan period to the modern era, and the birthplace of Ulsan's identity as a global industrial city. Held annually in May since 2005, the festival celebrates and preserves Ulsan's industrial history and traditional iron-making culture.
